Dr. Elaine Hamilton is Board Certified in Pediatrics and has practiced in Central Texas since 1987. She received her under-graduate degree in Engineering Science from the University of Texas at Austin and her MD from the University of Colorado graduating with Honors. She completed her pediatric residency at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio and subsequently served as the Chief of the Newborn Service, the Quality Improvement Coordinator and the Chief of the Pediatric Department at Fort Hood, Texas. She has practiced pediatrics in Austin since 1994 and opened her own practice, Westlake Pediatrics, in 2000. She is a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics, a member of the Texas Medical Association and the Travis County Medical Society.
Dr. Hamilton is married and has three children, Matthew, Laura and David. She enjoys running, biking, and weight training classes at the YMCA. She likes to bake. She is fluent in Spanish. |

Darcy received her Bachelor’s degree in Nursing from the University of South Florida in Tampa. She received her Master’s degree and completed her Pediatric Nurse Practitioner program at California State University in Long Beach in 1998. She has worked in private practice pediatric offices, a non-profit clinic serving the underserved, and volunteered in a clinic for the indigent in Peru. She enjoys gardening, cooking and photography. She is moderately proficient in Spanish. |
